The process of making beer is called brewing and it mostly consist of water, some of the other ingredients include barley, yeast, corn, sugar, and flavouring. Basically there are two main types of beer depending on the brewing temperature- lagers are brewed at a low temperature, while ales are brewed at a higher temperature. The ales being brewed at a higher temperature they will ferment quicker and usually have a sweeter, fuller body than lagers, but still the pale lager is the most consumed beer in the world. Depending on the beer style the alcohol content can as high as 30%, but typically they range from 4-6% and some beer, which is usually called table beer, can go as low as 1% alcohol content.
